Southern Home and Gallo Design Group stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our collections. Each material is thoughtfully engineered for performance and longevity when used and maintained under appropriate conditions.

Aluminum Frames
Covered for five (5) years against structural failure under normal residential or commercial use. Qualifying pieces will be repaired or replaced; a credit may be issued if the design is discontinued.

Woven Wicker (Resin)
Covered for five (5) years against breakage, tearing, or excessive fading. Products will be repaired or replaced with a comparable style if discontinued.
Wicker is also warranted for five (5) years in saltwater environments (including ocean-side, bay-side, and saltwater pools). This warranty does not apply to products submerged in saltwater.

Mahogany & Teak
Covered for five (5) years against structural failure under normal residential use. Natural characteristics such as surface checking, hairline cracks, weathering, and tonal variation are expected and not considered defects.
Proper care and maintenance are required. Oil transfer and surface residue may occur upon initial use. Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or improperly maintained.

Powder-Coat Finishes
Warranted for three (3) years against noticeable oxidation and manufacturing defects.

Cast Stone & Fiberglass Stone Tops
Covered for three (3) years against structural failure under normal use. Variations in color, texture, and gloss—especially in outdoor exposure—are natural and not covered. Damage from impact, misuse, or chemical exposure is excluded. Minor chipping, cracking, or scratching may occur with direct force.

Fire Pits
Table tops and bases are covered for five (5) years against cracking, peeling, or blistering under normal residential use. Burner components are covered for one (1) year with proper maintenance.

Natural Stone (Italian Marble)
Covered for ten (10) years against major discoloration and three (3) years against structural defects. Subtle variations in tone, texture, and finish are inherent and not considered defects.

Cushions
Covered for eighteen (18) months. This warranty excludes normal fading, compression, and damage caused by misuse or sharp objects.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, environmental exposure, acts of nature, freezing conditions, or improper care.
Freight is covered for one (1) year. Regular maintenance is required, including bi-weekly cleaning in saltwater environments and monthly cleaning in all others.
